Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, account reconciliation, and possess technical accounting skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel plus QuickBooks.
Duties:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, 1099's and bank reconciliations.
- Conduct account analysis and maintain bank and general ledger accounts.
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles for accurate financial record keeping.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
-Perform Daily, Month-end & Year-end Reconciliation/Procedures through Trail Balance.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits principles.
- Familiarity with technical accounting procedures and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
